CURRICULLUM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Bairex is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Curriculum Development Program Director. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating the development and effective implementation of all Bairex’s training programs throughout Africa and the Middle East; developing a standardized curriculum program that focuses on the unique needs of highly trained health care professionals. The incumbent will ensure all curriculums are in line with international academic standards and will oversee all program evaluation through understanding of curriculum theory and the principles of curriculum development.The Director will work closely with top University and Key Opinion Leaders to plan the development of high value online learning programs

Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of current techniques and procedures used in the design and development of curriculum for adult healthcare learners. Work closely with curriculum developers, faculty members and subject matter experts to understand their needs and create content development plans for successful production. Build a strong relationship with our partners to create clear learning objectives and outcome statements. Develop a network of professionals mapping to the requirements of the content development plan. Experience in course presentation and course design. Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs and make recommendations for improvements. Ability to provide leadership and to supervise the planning, development and establishment of new, modified and/or improved programs. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to research and develop long term goals and objectives; to work independently; and to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications: PhD, MD, MPH degree or Master's in a related field from an accredited college/university or commensurate combination of education/training/experience in a related field. Knowledge of Accreditation. Extensive teaching experience, preferably as a Master Instructor. Considerable experience training, mentoring and coaching instructors. Excellent communication and multitasking skills to build trust with our partners
